Let's Go Friday! Yard Sales - Estate Sales - Flea Markets Baby!

Flap your wings, ruffle your feathers, pack your bags chicks - it's Friday let's fly! Whatever it is your searching for - I hope you find it and it's a great deal! Have fun and thanks for keeping in touch!
Jennifer - after work today I'm taking friends to my friend Colleen's new shop location " The Pink Poet", tonight I am lying on the couch with my puppy Autumn telling her how much I missed her during the week along with Spice, Elaine, Thomas and Jazz - my husband already knows that but I'll soothe him with a yummy dinner of take-out. I'll sip a vodka tonic (wine gives me killer headaches) and watch tv until at least 9 ( give me a break - I get up at 5 and he gets up at 2 am), Sat. we sleep in (John works 70 hours a week) and then we're having a Vietnamese lunch of Pho ( hot noodle and veggie soup) with my son and his fiancee. And then the rest of the fly by moments of the flash in the pan weekend are unscheduled.

Set your your clocks back Saturday night!

Birthday weekend with pals in PA....

My friend Boobie and I hit the road last weekend for my birthday.... it was a hoot! The only negative was the 6 lb. weight gain which I am certian is all water weight! I couldn't be the Bloody Mary's on Sunday, the home-made ravioli and wine on Friday, the pastries and cookies from Little Italy all
weekend!!!!!!
Happy Birthday was had by all.... now H2O is had by ME!!!!!
Oh, and there is an adorable King Charles Cavalier residing in Bobbie's sister's home named "Leo". The Reading Glass Outlet is great and if you're ever in the area - the outdoor Italian market is the bomb!!!!

Opening Weekend for Shupp's Grove Market - PA.

Shupp's Grove Flea Market opens the weekend of April 19th and 20th. If you like to stroll under the trees - go for it! I've purchased lots of garden items, vintage frames and china, do-dads, this and that! Everyone is friendly and helpful. You should arrive at around 8 am, if it's a nice day. Coffee is available and they have clean bathrooms. A lot of vendors pack up at 1 ish but you can then wander through the many antique shops. Lunch is wonderful at Stoudt's - they have the best bread and home-brewed beers. Adamstown, Ephrata, Denver, Pennsylvania...look it up!
