promote peace on EarthI have a wisteria vine growing on a trellis in full sun ( I live in Maryland) for 9 years. I've trimmed the vines, trimmed the leaves, snipped, clipped, hugged, fertilized, groomed, complained, begged - it's healthy as can be BUT IT WILL NOT BLOOM! Can someone please give me some idea why? Pretty please?
