headed for my recipe box...thinking of fall... in the mood for cooking

somehow being in my kitchen trying new or favorite recipes has always been fun

my friends Marty and Gretchen have harvested their honey for the year
"BUCK NAKED FARMS"
and
my recipe for you is:

Spicy Sausage Dip
Ingredients:

1 (16 oz.) package spicy/zesty sausage

1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese

Hot sauce, to taste
Favorite crackers or scoops to enjoy
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the crumbled sausage until browned. Drain off any excess fat. Reduce the heat to medium and mix in the tomatoes, cream cheese, and hot sauce. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture is warmed through and the ingredients are well blended. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary. Serve warm.

Off the face of the Earth!

Summer is over, I'm back to reality. I discovered this site on Etsy and she has been gracious enough to allow me to use some of her images on my cards. Please check out her site - the tutus are too cute! I didn't accomplish half the projects I intended to this summer - including opening my Etsy shop BUT - I did spend 6 .... MMMMM - six weeks at the beach with family. Now I'm back in the school health room tending to students with all sorts of ailments and "get out of class itis". My friends Gretchen and Marty had a bumper crop of honey this year - their biggest ever - 400 pounds - all jarred and labeled under their named "Buck Naked Farms" and I've networked by selling quite a few jars. That's my latest... I'll try to keep up!
