OCD Girl and her many friends!

OMG! OCD!
Are you kidding me?
My dresser drawers are a disaster!
I have missing earrings,
missing earring backs,
missing this and thats.
I just weeded through all my old
Tupperware
and threw out the stuff
from 1973.
Harvest Gold, Orange,
Avocado & Brown.
Granny panties have
been replaced with Just My Size.
I bought new slippers, a robe and
nightgowns for my hospital stay...
major surgery - they barely let
you use the toilet, sip your tea and
you limp bent over to the front door!
Just threw out all the rags, sponges
dustcloths and toothbrushes I
knew I'd use for cleaning.
clutter clean crap ocd demented dirt
r u kidding me!
Miss Siegel, I know YOU understand!

I did it - I did it!!!

I promised myself I would unload, declutter, donate, discard and I did it, I did it! Well, a little...
My thought is - I didn't gather it in a day - I can't whisk it away in a day. But I have a donate box, a yard sale box, lots of trash is gone baby gone, friends have had benefits and I have 1 clean closet, organized Christmas boxes, 2 empty cabinet drawers and a desk that looks like a desk inside.

Fall Decor & Facing CLUTTER - Can't Help It!

Yes, by all means enjoy the crisp fall days, cider, hay rides, sweaters, rolling in the leaves, walks on local trails. Our dog Spice appears to be a vegetarian. She manages to eat every tomato that grows in our garden and then moves on to the fall pumpkins I buy for the yard and the apples that drop from our tree. She also loves the green mush that falls off the bottom of the lawn mower - don't ask! Spice is 12, it must be a health diet for her. Our cat Thomas supplies her with mice and moles too. Eewww. As the cold weather approaches I have great plans for my clutter. CLUTTER: A confused or disordered state or collection, a jumble; sorted through the clutter in the attic. I begin with one drawer, or a closet. I give away, throw away, donate, organize and somehow have to do it all over again at some point. Any advice? Did you know there is a magazine entitled "Organize"?
