I have one on a

pedestal stand...

I love it - the shape,

color, it's natural -

yet regal.

Big ones, little ones, blue ones, speckled ones!

I collect eggs and have found them

consignment shops, yard sales - I even went to visit an Emu Farm! It was so interesting to see how long the birds lay on the eggs, the color, the nubbiness of the shell, how thick the shell is. I'm just fascinated now by speckles and species. Feathers are so symmetrical too.

I find them in the oddest places - the beach, the barn, the woods, on walks. Friends save them for me. I
like I'm reading from a Dr. Seuss book with his

rhymes - but them he's a fav of mine too.
