Here goes - the first day of trying to lower my calories!
#1- milk instead of flavored non-dairy creamer
#2 - increase drinking water
# 3 - alcohol when out with the girls only
#4 - begin learning yoga
#5 - walk at least 3 times a week
that's my goal beginning TODAY
