It was noted that the word "ratt" or "rats" was not particularly appealing for the use of saving hair in lovely and ornate Hair Receivers during the Victorian era. I have decided to post a few other items that were designed from the use of hair saved after brushing long luxurious locks....more appealing or not - you decide.... Mourning jewelry.... men's watch fobs to hold their pocket watches.....bracelets... all mementos of loved ones. What do you think?
